Accountant – Finance Team (Bogota, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a curious Accountant to join our finance team reporting to the Business Controller. You will ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting and provide timely insights that support sound business decisions. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Control and reconcile accounts and records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded in line with internal policies and external standards.
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal and external audiences, covering consolidation, cash flow, and budget reporting.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, including allocation of direct and indirect costs and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit/collections to keep cash flow accurate and predictable.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues and other business units to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting or financial control with solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools to generate clear financial insights.
• Ability to communicate financial topics clearly to non‑specialists.
• Organized, accurate, and eager to improve processes and learn new tools.
