Analista de Crédito – Armenia

About the role

The Credit Analyst will work on the retail floor, actively contacting customers, assessing their financing needs and guiding them through the credit approval process. The role combines sales, customer service and real‑time credit operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and profile customers at the point of sale, identifying needs and credit capacity.
• Deliver the defined sales pitch, highlight product benefits, handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Operate financing platforms to request and validate credit approvals in real time.
• Achieve individual sales targets, increase average ticket size and maintain productivity.
• Observe shift schedules, store hours and current commercial or promotional guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical/professional studies in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Systems or related fields.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in client acquisition, financial product advisory, fintech, retail, telecom, appliances or mobile equipment sales.
• Strong verbal fluency, excellent customer service, objection handling, result orientation and adaptability.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 1,750,905 COP plus transport, food and communication allowances.
• Commission scheme up to 1,700,000 COP, with total average earnings between 2,600,000 COP and 3,200,000 COP per month.
• Obra‑labor contract with flexible retail shift schedules.
