Associate Technical Consultant

About the role

Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first‑class delivery service, acting as a consultant to define needs and develop solution plans using ACI products and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions using ACI methodologies.
• Collaborate with the project delivery team to resolve product issues and propose work‑arounds.
• Support regional business development and sales efforts for specific territories or accounts.
• Assist customers during implementation to ensure successful product adoption.
• Identify risks, gather necessary information, and recommend mitigation or contingency actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to corporate policies, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology, consulting or related roles (early‑career profiles welcome).
• English proficiency of at least B2, with ability to communicate in a global environment.
• Willingness to work primarily on a PC in a standard work environment.
