Commercial Director – Medical Devices

About the role

Join a leading medical technology company in Colombia as the Commercial Director. You will shape the commercial strategy, accelerate growth of innovative healthcare solutions, and strengthen relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a commercial plan that drives revenue and market share for medical devices.
• Lead, coach, and expand a high‑performing sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, government officials, and executive decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to expand product adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience, with significant exposure to the medical devices industry.
• Proven record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and leading high‑performing teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and a valid U.S. visa.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
