Corporate Trainer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will design engaging learning experiences, embed AI tools into training, and help our talent deliver high‑impact support to fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning materials that reflect Viva’s processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assistants are staffed, onboarded, and performing at a high level, managing cross‑functional communication efficiently.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and implement workflow automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
