Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower talent with AI‑driven skills and ensure they are ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching for Executive Assistants.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align talent readiness with customer staffing needs.
• Integrate AI tools into training workflows and coach EAs on practical AI adoption.
• Implement automations that streamline learning processes and scale delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
• Alignment with Viva’s mission to expand career opportunities for women.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or similar LMS platforms.
• Ability to use data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
