About the role

Publicis Production Hub in Bogotá is seeking a Graphic Designer with 3‑5 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. The role focuses on developing creative and visual concepts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative and visual concepts for design projects.
• Create visually appealing designs that meet brand requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Guide junior designers through the creative process.
• Deliver projects on time, meeting all graphic specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and regional procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
• Polished graphic style with strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and relevant AI tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of web design, HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
