Required profile
- English language level B2 (plus C1 preferred).
- High school diploma (physical or digital copy required).
- Full‑time availability for 36, 40 or 42‑hour weekly schedules.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a problem‑solving mindset.
- No prior work experience required.
