DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & GitOps

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Kubernetes administration and GitOps. The role is fully remote and focuses on maintaining, upgrading, and automating our Kubernetes environments while supporting GitOps‑based deployment workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Address backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates, configurations, and operational work.
• Maintain, configure, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters.
• Deploy open‑source components within Kubernetes environments.
• Support GitOps‑based deployment workflows using GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Refine processes for recognizing, communicating, and implementing Kubernetes changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support integrations and upgrades.
• Automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
• Write and update internal documentation covering technical tasks and operational processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a combination of these roles.
• Strong hands‑on Kubernetes administration experience.
• Proficiency with Git and GitOps practices.
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently, communicate professionally, and collaborate across remote teams.
