Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager to lead planning, execution and governance of digital manufacturing initiatives across global sites. You will oversee delivery of MES, LIMS, Veeva, integration, warehouse and transportation programs while ensuring stakeholder engagement and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects, creating project plans, schedules, budgets and roadmaps.
• Develop and execute change‑management strategies, conduct impact assessments, manage resistance and measure adoption.
• Partner with plant teams, quality, operations and IT leaders to run steering committees and align objectives.
• Establish project governance, monitor risks, ensure compliance with change control and support audit readiness.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and third‑party vendors, driving continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT application support, service delivery or operations, with at least 5 years in change management.
• Proven track record leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects with cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Tools: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Domain knowledge of MES, LIMS, Veeva, integration, warehouse and transportation systems.
