Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Analyst within Sanofi’s Controlling Operations – Transversal Spend & Compliance team, you will support the Americas region by managing spend control, posting activities and ensuring compliance with internal and SOX controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post complex journal entries (PO accruals, non‑PO accruals, reclassifications) and manage posting exceptions.
• Own purchase order approval governance, monitor thresholds, conduct PO health checks and support spend‑control tool roll‑out.
• Contribute to process documentation, governance implementation and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal/SOX controls and prepare closing analysis reports.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and support the Hub team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in service delivery operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
