HR Business Partner

About the role

As the primary People presence for Stake in Colombia and Peru, you will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership while aligning with the headquarters’ overall strategy. You will design and execute a data‑driven people plan that supports the company’s growth in regulated iGaming markets across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to understand commercial goals, workforce composition, and operational dynamics.
• Co‑create a business‑focused people plan grounded in data, identifying key problems and opportunities to drive performance.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning, performance management and talent interventions that scale with the business.
• Use analytics to diagnose root causes, track progress and advise leaders on people‑related decisions.
• Provide coaching and confidential support to enhance leadership capability.
• Own the HR operational backbone: employee lifecycle administration, benefits, medical leave, payroll inputs and audit‑ready records for Colombia and Peru.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people strategies.
• Deep knowledge of Colombian and Peruvian labour legislation.
• Commercial acumen to link people initiatives with business outcomes.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in a fast‑growing environment.
