iOS Software Engineer

About the role

EPAM is looking for a creative iOS Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to turn concepts into high‑quality apps released on the Apple App Store.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain native iOS applications with Swift.
• Collaborate with product designers to deliver pixel‑perfect, responsive UI that follows Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Integrate the app with backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Write clean, modular code, participate in code reviews, and ensure code‑base consistency.
• Develop unit and UI tests using XCTest and monitor performance, memory, and battery usage with Instruments.
• Support the release lifecycle, including build preparation and App Store submission.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in native iOS development.
• Proficiency in Swift and strong familiarity with the iOS SDK and Xcode.
• Understanding of modern iOS architectural patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine, Swift Concurrency).
• Experience with SwiftUI (preferred) or UIKit (Auto Layout, Storyboards/XIBs).
• Comfortable using Git and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• English level B1+ for effective communication.
