IT Project Manager

About the role

CBTW is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives across our global client base. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and risks while aligning with business processes.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis to define scope and structure.
• Document progress, deliverables and produce regular reports for management and teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business units, technical teams and external partners.
• Apply project‑management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI) to drive execution.
• Support change management activities related to project outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience, preferably on infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum.
• Experience with finance and software implementation projects.
