Junior Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join StaffingAbroad’s remote sales team in Bogotá. In this entry‑level position you will support lead generation, client outreach and the early stages of the sales cycle while developing B2B sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s services.
• Follow up leads via phone and email, answer basic service questions and guide interested prospects through the initial sales steps.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings with qualified prospects and keep communication consistent.
• Update lead information, activities and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Support documentation, client onboarding follow‑up and collaborate with internal teams.
• Achieve individual activity and sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree or current university studies a plus).
• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, customer service, call centre or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, goal‑oriented and organized.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
