Legal Counsel – Corporate & Labor Law

About the role

Huawei is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to support the legal and compliance management of its operations. The role will work closely with the PQD, Admin, Cloud Business Group and HR teams to ensure business objectives are met while maintaining strict compliance with Colombian law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for the PQD, Admin and Cloud Business Groups.
• Provide legal advice on labor matters, defend constitutional actions and support the Human Resources area.
• Assist with corporate governance, compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver administrative support for the legal department and coordinate legal matters across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a specialization in Contract/Private Law.
• Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of experience in corporate, commercial, contractual and labor law.
• Experience in both law firms and corporate environments, with strong knowledge of Colombian law.

Required skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1/Advanced).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset and strong learning capacity.
