Legal Counsel Lead – Andean Cluster (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador)

About the role

The Electrolux Group is seeking a Legal Counsel Lead to serve as the primary legal advisor for its Andean Cluster, covering Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. Reporting to the regional legal team, you will work closely with senior business leaders to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance and support commercial growth across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to business units in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador on commercial, operational and regulatory matters.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver practical legal solutions that enable strategic initiatives.
• Act as the sole legal point of contact for the Andean Cluster and coordinate with the broader Latin America legal team.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the business on required actions.
• Support advocacy efforts and manage relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, including Lean Thinking initiatives (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Required profile

• Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in Colombia.
• Strong expertise in Colombian corporate, commercial and regulatory law, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience delivering comprehensive legal support across commercial, compliance, governance and risk‑management functions.
• Background in consumer goods, retail, durable goods or manufacturing is highly valued.
