Manager Solutions Architect, Agent Suite

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of its Agent Suite platform for enterprise clients. In this hands‑on technical leadership role you will work directly with customers, system integrators and internal product teams to translate business goals into secure, scalable AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI architectures that embed Mastercard capabilities across cloud, data and application environments.
• Collaborate with clients to convert business objectives into technical designs, integration plans and deployment road‑maps.
• Produce architecture artifacts, integration diagrams and implementation guides for internal delivery teams and partners.
• Lead architecture reviews, design validation sessions and ensure compliance with observability, security and governance standards.
• Manage technical risk throughout the engagement lifecycle, working alongside a Technical Program Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture for complex, enterprise‑scale deployments.
• Strong ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience working in cross‑functional pods with program managers, delivery engineers and external integrators.

Required skills

• Architectural design of cloud‑based solutions.
• Implementation of AI/ML components within enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of security, observability and governance best practices.
