Mid DevOps Engineer

About the role

Coforge is looking for a Mid DevOps Engineer to join our remote team serving clients across Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Bolivia. You will work independently on cutting‑edge open‑source technologies, ensuring our Kubernetes‑based platforms run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Kubernetes environments, guaranteeing reliability and operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using Git and ArgoCD.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation for tasks and processes.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Proficiency in Git and GitOps practices.
• Experience with ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism.
