About the role
The company is looking for a reliable Auxiliary Maintenance Operator to support construction and gas‑related activities in the Pitalito area. The role involves assisting the maintenance team with daily tasks, ensuring equipment and sites are kept in good condition.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and adaptation of construction works.
- Support installation, repair, and upkeep of gas systems.
- Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently.
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Keep work areas and tools organized and in proper condition.
Required profile
- Responsible, committed, and with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma (Bachiller) or technical/technologist training.
- Minimum 6 months experience in construction, gas, or related maintenance work.
Required skills
- Gas system maintenance.
- Construction site maintenance.
- Proper handling of hand tools and equipment.
What we offer
- Salary of COP 1,750,905 per month.
- Transportation and mobility allowances.
- All statutory social benefits.
- Day shift schedule, Monday to Saturday.
