About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a motivated Operario de Maquinas I to join its manufacturing team. You will work on a variety of production equipment, ensuring that products are manufactured to specification, on schedule, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machining, chemical processing, assembly, and packaging equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods according to production plans.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects, and initiate re‑work or discard as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

Required profile

• Experienced Para‑Professional (S2) with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and interpret routine problems.
• Good communication skills for explaining technical information.

Required skills

• Machine operation (machining, chemical processing, assembly, packaging).
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Quality monitoring and inspection.
• Production record keeping.
