P2P Regional Lead

About the role

Monks Technology Services is seeking a P2P Regional Lead based in Bogotá to oversee Purchase-to-Pay activities across its regional entities. Reporting to Regional Finance Leadership, you will ensure process standardisation, operational excellence, and compliance while aligning with local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and performance of teams handling invoice processing, cash & banking, payments, purchasing support and vendor management.
• Set daily goals, priorities and manage performance of team leads and specialists.
• Drive hiring, onboarding and development of new team members.
• Represent regional finance operations to internal stakeholders and financial controllership teams.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
• Communicate with suppliers, purchasers, approvers and procurement teams to resolve issues.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support implementation of new ways of working.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite OneWorld (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
