Paid Media Specialist – LinkedIn Ads

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with a focus on LinkedIn Ads to join our multicultural team in Bogotá. You will own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, driving traffic and sales for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement paid social strategies aligned with client goals.
• Define campaign budgets and set measurable objectives.
• Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Monitor web analytics and campaign performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities and present new paid advertising avenues.
• Serve as the primary reference for paid social activities within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance analysis and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
