Project Manager

About the role

Sutherland is seeking experienced Project Managers to join a global team delivering IT solutions for NICE Software Solutions. You will lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects using NICE’s project management methodology.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder relationships.
• Define project tasks, create detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Motivate and lead cross‑functional teams, acting as the single point of contact for customers and internal forums.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively and provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain revenue forecasts, measure delivery efficiency and contribute lessons learned to improve processes.
• Participate in the broader Project Management community to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a matrix environment.
• Experience working with international clients and delivering software or consulting solutions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence cross‑functional teams.
