Project Manager – Security

About the role

The Project Manager – Security leads the delivery of IT security initiatives within the IT Operations PMO. Working closely with Information Security leadership, architecture, and platform owners, the role ensures disciplined execution, risk management and governance across a portfolio of security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of security architecture, tooling, controls, remediation and compliance initiatives using standardized PMO intake, planning and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including GDC resources and vendors, to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Produce PMO reporting, stage‑gate reviews and ensure adherence to auditability and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial aspects such as budgets, forecasts, burn rates and support capitalization and financial governance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment, preferably delivering cybersecurity or security‑adjacent initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to operate within formal PMO governance, risk‑sensitive environments and to communicate with senior stakeholders.
