Recruiter – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a recruiter to help build an elite, fast‑moving team. As a recruiter you act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from start to finish and partnering directly with leadership to find top‑tier talent across sales, design, development and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process from the initial intake call to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith‑standard experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent to enable rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset without the need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
