Retail Consultant – LATAM (Remote, Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Consultant to join our fast‑growing SaaS company’s LATAM team. Working remotely from Bogotá, you will partner with retail customers across Latin America to optimise inventory and supply‑chain processes while driving successful adoption of our software.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Lead onboarding, training and implementation of the solution.
• Conduct regular business reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and improve business outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Retail Consulting, Customer Success, Project Management or Account Management within a SaaS, ERP or retail‑technology environment.
• Hands‑on experience in retail operations, inventory planning or demand forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SQL (plus).
• ERP implementation or consulting experience.
• Experience with retail planning or inventory‑management software.
• HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
