Revenue FP&A Analyst (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue FP&A Analyst to support Oliver Wyman’s consolidated revenue reporting, forecasting and backlog analysis in a complex, multi‑system environment. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity and transparency of revenue data used for executive decision‑making and partners with FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Operations and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end revenue close, reconcile data across enterprise systems and the general ledger, and produce management commentary.
• Consolidate and validate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, perform backlog analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities, including AI‑enabled analytics and workflow optimisation.
• Partner with technology teams to enhance system integrations, automated reporting and planning tool functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue accounting or finance operations within a multinational, multi‑system environment.
• Proven experience supporting revenue close, forecasting and reconciliation processes in professional‑services or project‑based organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes through automation, AI and advanced analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion or Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled analytics and automation tools.
