Russian-Speaking Player Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join TransPerfect Gaming’s global player support team as a Russian‑speaking agent. You will assist gamers worldwide, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive community experience—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Process and resolve “Calls for Help” submitted by players.
• Become familiar with supported games to provide accurate solutions.
• Stay updated on workflow changes, policies, and gameplay updates.
• Use ticketing systems and social media platforms to manage player interactions.
• Track performance data and assist managers with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and player satisfaction.
• Enforce community rules and report trends or issues.

Required profile

• Native or professional proficiency in Russian, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for video games and familiarity with gaming communities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
