Sales Development Representative

About the role

Cencora is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping to generate new business opportunities and support the overall sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Develop and nurture an existing portfolio of leads, moving them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and nurture both inbound and outbound prospects.
• Research accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest in Cencora’s products and services.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database within the assigned territory.
• Log all activities, calls, and accounts in Salesforce.com and route qualified opportunities to sales executives.
• Stay informed about competing products to effectively position our offerings.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the sales administration process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or lead‑generation role, preferably as an SDR.
• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, time‑management and independent‑working abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com.
