Sales Supervisor – Lead High‑Performing Teams

About the role

TP is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales growth, build high‑performing teams and strengthen client relationships in Bogotá. You will translate business objectives into effective sales strategies while fostering accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance and inspire continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to optimise sales pipelines, lead generation and productivity.
• Manage client relationships and align team actions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to identify opportunities and drive process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader, preferably in outbound, B2B, B2C or retail environments.
• University degree or equivalent technical career.
• Strong coaching ability and proven track record of building successful teams.
• Strategic thinker who turns data into actionable plans.
• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in English.
