About the role
Inetum is looking for a mid‑level SAP HelpDesk Consultant to provide remote technical support for end‑users. The role focuses on password management, connectivity issues, and basic equipment troubleshooting while assisting users with SAP and related tools.
Key responsibilities
- Change account passwords, connect users to VPN and Wi‑Fi networks.
- Reset passwords in SAP and XMII with support from the team.
- Free up storage and resolve audio or other equipment issues in Microsoft Teams.
- Guide users on Apple ID password recovery and assist with SAP installation.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
