About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst for Account Management to join its Market Development, Acceptance team in Bogota. The role focuses on expanding merchant acceptance, driving card usage, and supporting strategic initiatives that increase Mastercard’s relevance with merchants and cardholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that grow Mastercard’s relevance with merchants and preference among cardholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key acquirer partners, delivering consultative insights and market analysis.
• Perform financial forecasting, profitability modeling, and competitive analysis to evaluate partner performance.
• Collaborate with account teams and customers to create and monitor annual business plans.
• Support cross‑functional projects and local initiatives that align with Mastercard’s product roadmap.
