Senior Analyst, Payroll Governance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead payroll governance for its ACS MBA sponsorship program. The role ensures tuition payments are accurately tracked, processed, and reported in compliance with company policies and local regulations, supporting employees on educational leave, internships, and return‑to‑work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ACS MBA participant and tuition payment tracker.
• Validate participant data, payment amounts, return‑to‑work dates, and payroll eligibility.
• Reconcile payment files and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate tuition payment file submissions with Payroll Operations and monitor execution.
• Partner with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and processing issues.
• Provide regular reporting on tuition payments, outstanding items, and payroll status to Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and leadership.
• Escalate risks, delays, or data concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Experience managing large data volumes with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
