Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking a Senior Creative Designer in Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires 5+ years of experience in digital design, visual communication, and creative production. You will create user‑centered digital experiences across websites, emails, banners, presentations, and campaigns while mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality digital assets for web, email, landing pages, and campaign materials.
• Translate creative concepts into engaging visual experiences that meet business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce sketches, mockups, storyboards, wireframes, and design concepts to communicate ideas.
• Execute image retouching, layout updates, infographics, GIF animations, and digital asset adaptation.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Developers, and Marketers to deliver innovative, user‑centered solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital/visual/creative design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, email, banner, and marketing campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with Sketch, InVision, Keynote.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and user‑centered design principles.
• Ability to work across multiple brands and styles, present work confidently, and mentor junior designers.
