Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to join Edelman’s remote‑first Global Technology team. You will design, build and maintain end‑to‑end, data‑centric web applications that power AI‑driven PR insights for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack solutions using React (TypeScript) on the front end and Python/FastAPI on the back end.
• Create reusable UI components and scalable API endpoints.
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers and account managers to deliver features aligned with business needs.
• Participate in architectural decisions to guarantee reliability, scalability and performance.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, communicate progress and act as the technical point of contact.
• Document code and system design for future maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience.
• Proven ability to work in a remote‑first, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
