Senior Manager, FP&A – Revenue & Forecasting

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead revenue forecasting and provide insights that support strategic and commercial decisions. The role will connect revenue drivers, business performance, forecasting trends and scenario risks to shape PriceSmart’s growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of consolidated revenue forecasts across markets and channels, providing executive‑level insights and clear revenue narratives.
• Partner with Finance, Membership, Commercial and Data teams to improve forecasting accuracy, standardize KPI definitions and drive consistency in revenue metrics.
• Deliver concise revenue insights to senior leadership, build dashboards and reports for executive forums, and support scenario analysis for strategic planning.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Membership organization, developing revenue models and assessing the financial impact of membership initiatives.
• Drive automation and data‑governance initiatives, collaborating with Data and IT to ensure reliable data structures and scalable reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, analytics or business operations, preferably in a multinational retail environment.
• Proven ability to influence executive‑level decisions through data‑driven analysis and clear communication.
• Strong commercial acumen, detail‑orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Python or R for AI/ML forecasting models.
• Financial modeling and advanced analytical skills.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Domo.
