Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst

About the role

The Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst leads change management workstreams for HR and enterprise initiatives at Inspire, a multi‑brand restaurant company. You will develop and execute change strategies that prepare employees and leaders for new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and audience needs.
• Create communication strategies that motivate employees to adopt change.
• Design role‑based training materials and enablement resources.
• Translate complex project inputs into structured change approaches and implementation plans.
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to support successful implementation.
• Monitor adoption metrics, develop dashboards or reports, and communicate progress and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions.
• Provide guidance to junior OCM analysts or specialists.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change management or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management principles; PROSCI certification preferred.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change plans.
• Ability to translate complex initiatives into structured change approaches.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management practices and lifecycle phases.
• Experience supporting HR or enterprise technology implementations, preferably with Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, organizational development, or related field preferred.
