Senior Paid Advertising Strategist (B2B)

About the role

The Senior Paid Advertising Strategist leads performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value B2B accounts. You will own campaign planning, optimization, reporting and client communication while leveraging AI tools and the Nova ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA, manage budget pacing, and provide proactive strategy recommendations for at least two major ad channels.
• Analyze campaign data, maintain testing roadmaps, and deliver actionable insights using advanced measurement frameworks.
• Mentor junior talent, uphold deliverable excellence, and integrate AI technologies to improve workflows.
• Participate in new‑business appraisals and support cross‑channel integration within the department.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least two paid‑advertising platforms (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
