Senior QA Label Coordinator

About the role

The Senior QA Label Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of all printed and digital labeling materials for OTC healthcare products. Working remotely from Colombia, you will partner with creative teams and global clients to maintain the highest standards of FDA compliance and label proofing.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and verify all labeling assets, including cartons, inserts, brochures, and digital proofs.
• Ensure labeling complies with CFRs, FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and internal quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, NDC listings, and Structured Product Labeling (SPL) submissions.
• Collaborate with graphic artists and Creative Services to resolve labeling questions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance labeling quality and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, labeling, or regulatory documentation.
• Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
