Senior Software Engineer – Backend & Salesforce Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and maintain backend services and automation workflows that support CRM, lead routing and AI‑assisted sales development. The role focuses on Java or Python development, REST API and webhook integration, and deep Salesforce platform work within an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain micro‑services and automation workflows using Java or Python.
• Design, implement and support REST APIs and webhook‑driven processes.
• Build and manage Salesforce platform integrations, including Omni‑Channel and lead‑assignment routing.
• Create and sustain CRM automation and lead‑routing solutions.
• Support AI‑assisted sales‑development automation, including system‑user configuration and scheduling integration.
• Contribute to an existing enterprise go‑to‑market data platform codebase.
• Work in agile sprints and track tasks in a Jira backlog.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development background with Java or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with REST API and webhook development.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce platform or APIs.
• Familiarity with CRM automation and lead‑routing systems.
• Comfort working in agile delivery environments using Jira.

What we offer

• Remote contract position (LATAM candidates only).
• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours/week, 9 am‑5 pm U.S. Central Time.
• Contract running through 31 March 2027, with immediate start.
