Senior System Engineer – Video Delivery Platforms

About the role

Orange Business, through its Viaccess‑Orca subsidiary, is looking for a Senior System Engineer to join the video and security solutions team. You will be a key technical contributor in deploying, integrating, and supporting complex video delivery platforms for operators worldwide, working in a mission‑critical, cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in integration, deployment, configuration, and testing of software components.
• Provide Level 2/3 troubleshooting and on‑call incident management for development and production environments.
• Assist with maintenance activities, change implementation, and documentation of solutions and procedures.
• Interact directly with customer technical teams, delivering clear written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, Product, DevOps, and Project Management teams, reporting progress, risks, and technical issues.
• Contribute to operational and technical standards, post‑incident reviews, and the evolution toward cloud‑native architectures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in system engineering and video delivery ecosystems.
• Hands‑on approach with ownership and accountability for technical activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and customers.

• F5 load balancer configuration.
