Spanish-speaking Player Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

TransPerfect Gaming is looking for a native‑level Spanish speaker to join its remote Player Support team. You will assist gamers worldwide by handling “Calls for Help”, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process community “Calls for Help” and provide timely resolutions.
• Become familiar with supported games and stay updated on gameplay changes.
• Use ticketing and social‑media platforms to track and manage player queries.
• Report data and trends using forms or spreadsheets.
• Support managers with ad‑hoc tasks and meet KPIs such as productivity, quality and player satisfaction.
• Enforce community rules and treat all players fairly.

Required profile

• Native or professional‑level Spanish with excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for video games.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience with gaming‑related social media platforms (Reddit, Facebook, X, Discord).
