About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Consultant for its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Strategy & Transformation. The role supports global and regional clients across industries such as banking, retail, and hospitality, helping them navigate strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects spanning multiple industries and problem statements.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and programs by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
• Develop trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Work with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Independently structure and synthesize analysis to highlight relevant insights.

Required profile

• Experience in management consulting or advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional environment.
