About the role
Join a fast‑growing BPO team in Bogotá as a Trilingual Customer Service Agent. You will work on‑site handling voice calls in Spanish, English and Portuguese, providing friendly and efficient support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues with empathy and clear communication.
- Maintain high service quality while adhering to shift schedules.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese (B2+ level).
- Available for rotating 24/7 shifts with two rotating days off.
- Minimum education: high school diploma.
- At least 18 years old.
