Vendor Manager

About the role

MAJORITY is seeking a proactive Vendor Manager to lead its vendor management program across its international banking platform. Reporting to the Head of Procurement and working closely with the COO, you will ensure that supplier relationships are compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve MAJORITY’s vendor management and due‑diligence program.
• Evaluate suppliers, products, and services, ensuring company‑wide adherence to program requirements.
• Negotiate contracts to secure high‑quality, cost‑efficient purchases.
• Analyze program performance, track KPIs, and produce actionable reports.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives and monitor operational activities from critical suppliers, including audits and periodic reviews.
• Support strategic projects and handle administrative tasks related to vendor management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, partnerships, or a commercial‑focused role.
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
