WordPress & HubSpot Frontend Developer (Part‑time)

About the role

Bay Leaf Digital is looking for a part‑time Frontend Developer specialized in WordPress and HubSpot. You will work closely with designers and back‑end engineers to deliver high‑quality, responsive websites for our clients in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and templates or adapt existing ones to meet design specifications.
• Build and customize HubSpot CMS sites, including custom modules, templates, and themes.
• Collaborate with designers and back‑end developers to ensure seamless integration of front‑end and back‑end code.
• Use Claude Code to speed up development, debugging, and code‑review workflows.
• Integrate third‑party APIs to extend site functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across themes, modules, plugins, and other site components.
• Maintain and update WordPress and HubSpot‑based websites.
• Stay current with the latest WordPress and HubSpot trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree or professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in front‑end development.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience with WordPress and HubSpot platforms.

Required skills

• WordPress theme and template development.
• HubSpot CMS customization, including modules and templates.
• Claude Code for accelerated development and code review.
• API integration and third‑party service connectivity.
