About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst for Billing Operations to support the evolution of a wide range of programs across the business. The role partners with global customers, ensures compliance with Mastercard standards, and contributes to risk mitigation for third‑party relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support program evolution.
• Liaise with the global customer base to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support compliance functions and work with analytic insights and tools for reporting initiatives.
• Perform project‑management duties, including documenting processes, developing timelines, and managing compliance cases.
• Communicate with stakeholders to implement action plans addressing vulnerabilities.
• Educate internal customers on program rules, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct desktop research to identify trends and develop performance metrics.
• Assist with ad‑hoc requests, special projects, and cross‑functional support.

Required profile

• Business or Finance major.
