Analyst Billing Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst Billing Operations to support its billing function. The role focuses on executing billing, validation, and reconciliation tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing transactions according to established schedules and procedures.
• Validate billing inputs against executed Statements of Work (SOWs) and approved project milestones.
• Perform travel & expense (T&E) validation to ensure expenses are billable, properly documented, and reclassified as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers to confirm project kick‑off, expense eligibility, and resolve missing or incorrect milestone entries.
• Support post‑billing reconciliations, adjustments, and re‑billing preparations.
• Identify billing discrepancies and escalate issues to management for resolution.
• Maintain remedy intake for internal stakeholder and external customer inquiries.
• Adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and service agreements.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in billing operations.
• Knowledge of SOW‑based billing and travel & expense billing models.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform navigation.
