About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join its Fintech, Digital Partnerships and Commerce team for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. You will act as a trusted partner to strategic accounts, helping them digitize and optimize payment flows with Mastercard solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts across Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Develop deep, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, including upselling and cross‑selling Mastercard products and services.
- Partner with internal teams to design customized digitization and commercialization strategies.
- Drive joint business planning and align Mastercard capabilities with customer priorities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities and forecast revenue growth.
- Support the identification and development of new account opportunities across LATAM.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide thought leadership externally.
Required profile
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
- Strong background in account management or business development.
- Ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and solution penetration.
